Bronson FastCare® is Open 7 Days a Week, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
When you’re sick, Bronson FastCare® offers quick, convenient medical attention for many basic healthcare needs. Open days, evenings, holidays and weekends, we provide care for patients 18 months or older, whether or not you’re a Bronson patient.
No appointment is necessary. You are welcome to walk-in for care anytime during business hours. Last patient is registered 15 minutes prior to close.
A FastCare® visit is just $75*, with or without insurance. Most insurances are accepted. Your office co-pay is determined by your insurance.
* If additional lab services are needed, there may be an additional cost.
Available Lab Services and Costs:
Urinalysis testing is included in the basic $75 visit fee.
There is an additional cost for the following lab services, should they be necessary as part of the visit.
- Urine pregnancy test -$25
- Monospot test - $15
- Strep test - $28
- Influenza (flu) A & B test - $58
- Rapid COVID (Antigen) test - $40
If you do have a Bronson doctor, Bronson FastCare® offices are connected with an electronic health record, MyChart, so your Bronson providers are always in the loop.

- Ear Lavage/Ear Wax Removal
- Eye irritation & infection (pink eye, styes)
- Flu (influenza)
- Gout flare-ups
- Impetigo
- Insect or tick bites
- Laryngitis
- Minor burns and rashes
- Minor skin infections
- Mononucleosis
- Pink Eye
- Rashes (poison ivy, ringworm, scabies, shingles)
- Sinus infection
- Staple/suture removal
- STI Checks (16 years and older)
- Swimmer's Ear
- Urinary tract infection or UTI (3 years and older)
- Vaginal itching/discharge (16 years and older)
Your loved one must be 18 months or older and some age restrictions exist for select services.
Pre-Participation Exams
Camp and sport exams (no college athletes) are available at a low, flat fee of $50.
Vaccines**
We offer the flu vaccine, high dose flu vaccine and Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis) vaccine.

Additional Information
- We will send an after visit summary to your doctor. If you need a primary care doctor, we can help you find one.
- Patients must be 18 months or older. Some age restrictions exist for select services.
- Bronson FastCare® does not provide emergency care, on-site X-rays, stitches or treatment for broken bones.

Fees & Insurance
A Bronson FastCare® visit will cost you $75. The low cost is ideal if you have no insurance or have a high-deductible insurance plan. FastCare accepts most insurances, and your office visit co-pay is determined by your insurance. All fees and copayments will be collected at the time of the visit.
