Cade Hine is the definition of a rising star within Bronson nursing
Cade Hine is the definition of a rising star. He has excelled far beyond any expectations of a nurse who has been off of orientation for less than a year. He has been nominated for DAISY awards multiple times, has received many shoutouts on Bronson Positivity from patients, their families, and nurses on our unit. He embodies what a nurse is and strives to be- Always passionate, eager to grow in skills and knowledge, strives to connect with patients and their support team on a personal and professional level, and is innovative and adaptive to the needs of his patients.
He consistently keeps patient (and support persons) outcomes and satisfaction as the priority of his care. He has been a major advocate for decreasing NTSV primary c-section rates and increasing awareness on maternal and support person birth trauma, and secondary birth trauma in the healthcare profession. He is already a fabulous nurse, and I know that he will continue to have a huge impact on patients and nurses around him for a long time.
A note from our leaders: In our leader rounds with patients, Cade’s name is mentioned on a regular basis. It is a consistent theme of going above and beyond with support, enthusiasm, and empathy. Cade’s passion for obstetrics and for learning is infectious. He is an absolutely wonderful part of this team, and we are so happy he chose to work here. We look forward to watching him grow in his Nursing career. We and Bronson are so incredibly lucky to have you, Cade.
