Beth is fun, sincere and dedicated

Beth Dorr, a Bronson Battle Creek emergency department nurse, is often in the role of charge RN. SO many times I see her sticking her head into the rooms, checking on each RN in the room, helping with tasks, ALWAYS showing up for traumas or codes and jumping right in. She is kind and genuinely interested in taking care of her team. She is positive and cheerful. She often greets me in the hallway with a big hug and an "I'm SO glad you're here today!" I appreciate a team player like her! Working with fun, sincere and dedicated people all day is what makes me truly love my job at Bronson!
