Happy CSR week

I just want to give a big Kudos to the Central Sterile Reprocessing team at Bronson Lakeview in Paw Paw. Oct. 9-15 is Central Sterile Reprocessing Week, and I am so proud to work with a great hardworking crew. Central Sterile Reprocessing is truly the heart of the hospital. CSR departments like ours here in Lakeview service not just the surgery department, but the hospital and outer offices. Without the CSR department, our hospitals and clinics would not have crucial items to help in the healing and caring process of our patients.

We celebrated our CSR Week with a pancake and fruit breakfast for staff on Tuesday. We also celebrated by recognizing the Sterile Processing Team with awards in Leadership (Denise N), Patient Safety (Carrie K), Teamwork (Robbie B), and Master of Decon (Mary Jo G). The surgery team also showed their appreciation by gifting goodie bags! On Friday, we had a pizza party to close out our week of celebrating the wonderful and hardworking Central Sterile Reprocessing Team.
