I love being a part of the Bronson family.

I have been with Bronson since November of 2017, but recently returned after being away for 4 months. I felt as if I had lost a part of myself when I was away from Bronson at Home and I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to return to the group that I consider my family.

My favorite part of my job is the comradery of my team to accomplish our goals and excel within our positions. I love seeing how many patients we’re able to help and I love being the example of Bronson at Home over the phone to our outside referral sources to share what Bronson is all about.

I love working at Bronson! I love the culture, the positivity, the passion, the perseverance, the resilience, mindset and above all, I love the people. I love being a part of the Bronson family. This company helps sculpt and shape the lives of its employees. Through the example of each employee, the mission of the company exists. I’ve met some of the world’s best humans during my 5 years at Bronson. I would never wish to imagine how my life would be without my job at Bronson! I have seen myself grow from a caterpillar into a butterfly through the encouragement and education shared throughout the system.

I believe that the leadership team appreciates me. I have worked on the BMH campus as well as all of these years at BAH and I have never doubted how much I am appreciated and how much leadership believes in me. I have grown so much professionally, academically, personally and spiritually. I have taken leaps within my personal and academic life because of the encouragement and belief in me from others. I am a future RN because of my team.

Bronson is a special place to work. I have always known this but I have a little extra perspective as I did leave the company for a short time. I missed the culture, the leadership and the standard. I could have never imagined just how much being part of a company could change my life but Bronson has changed my life.
