I have never met another medical assistant that operates at the levels that she does

Jessica is a medical assistant who goes above and beyond for her patients and co-workers daily and on a consistent basis. She is an MA you can always count on to do the job and then some. Not only does Jessica give the best care to all of her patents, but she also assists her fellow medical assistants in any way that she can... whether rooming patients for them, taking phone calls, or giving last minute vaccines when we are short staffed.

Her daily chart prep and communication with the front desk staff always helps the flow with both her and Dr. Custodio’s appointment packed days. It is no surprise that she receives so many positive comments from our patients on a regular basis. Bronson is so fortunate to have such a caring and dedicated medical assistant providing care for our patients. 

Jessica is an excellent medical assistant in primary care. She is always paying attention to the patient as well as the provider’s needs. She goes above and beyond in making patients comfortable in the exam rooms. She helps them with assistive devices as needed. She is a pleasure to work with and a valuable member of the primary care team.

She has gotten to know the patients of this practice and has even brought to my attention when a patient hasn’t been seen in a while. This resulted in a call to a diabetic patient who had been avoiding taking medication and avoiding doctor’s visits. With her help and the care management team, we were able to get this patient back on track. I truly appreciate the special attention Jessica pays to all aspects of her work.
