The Whole Team Made My Experience Hassle-Free

I had a total knee replacement as an outpatient and couldn't be more pleased with the entire process used to schedule many appointments, train me and my coach on pre-op, day-of-surgery and post-op care.

I understood that this is a rather new process to do this as an outpatient and they did an outstanding job of putting it all together. From the surgeon, to the anesthesiologist, to the nurse navigator, to the orthopedic triage nurse, to the specially trained PT - I have nothing but high marks for the whole team that made my experience as hassle-free as possible. This surgery is a big deal and thorough organization was certainly necessary, but it was accomplished so well. I need my other knee done as well and will certainly sign up for the same team!
