I have been an outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant at Bronson for over six years. I work at Bronson Rehabilitation Specialists on Elm Valley, working both on-land and in the pool. There are many reasons why I love working at Bronson, from the ability to work 1:1 with our patients to the supportive and positive environment with a great team of coworkers. Bronson has always kept the goal of providing high-quality, organized care that puts patients first.

Working through the pandemic, Bronson supported us in every way. I felt supported both personally and in my career, and have grown so much in my knowledge and versatility of patient care. I came to Bronson with neurology and some orthopedic experience but earlier in my time here at Bronson, they paid for McKenzie Method training where I learned so much. The opportunity to learn and grow has been priceless, and I have used this with many patients in the pool and in the clinic.
