This has been an unprecedented year and she made it so so much better

Brodi is a pandemic graduate! She entered her nursing career not fully understanding where her profession was heading. She has been amazing. She remains on the COVID Unit and actually has jumped into the charge nurse role! She is always smiling and connecting with people. She is able to navigate a room beautifully. Her night team trusts her decision making and teamwork approach to care. Brodi was present during one of our staff meetings and impressed me with her mature questions and her enthusiastic spirit. This has been an unprecedented year and Brodi made it so so much better.

Brodi Tobolski is a nurse on the C3/General Medical Unit (GMU) at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital. She is the recipient of the 2021 Nursing Excellence Rising Star, and was recognized during the Nursing Excellence Celebration.
