Tracy is just amazing

Tracy, a patient care assistant at Bronson LakeView Hospital, smiles as she receives the Sunshine Award.

To start, Tracy is just amazing! If she's been off for a couple of days, I would notice! If I'm awake, she wants to know if there is anything I want or need. When she brings me a water, she brings me a Diet 7-Up as well (without me having to ask) because she knows I like it and only use the water for my meds. She's so fun that I could invite her to a family reunion. She's the best!
