Physical Therapy Assistant

Under the direction and guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist provides treatment to patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases, to improve/restore function, increase strength, relieve pain, and enhance functional independence.
Requirements: Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant Program required. BLS required within 3 months of hire.

Perform examinations on human specimens for the purpose of supporting health care providers with information to aid in the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of patients. Perform waived, moderate and high complexity testing.
Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing required. Licensed RN with the State of Michigan. Current driver's license in the state of Michigan and proof of insurance required. BLS certification required.

Speech Language Pathologist

Evaluates, plans, and provides treatment to patients to facilitate development and rehabilitation of language, cognitive, articulation, voice, fluency, dysphagia treatments to patients experiencing speech dysfunctions, to enhance functional independence.
Requirements: Licensed in Speech- Language Pathology with the State of Michigan. Must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence, or be in Clinical Fellowship Year, from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
