Health Benefits
Comprehensive plans and programs to help you get and stay healthy
- Choose between four medical plan options, three dental plans and/or two vision plans. Coverage begins your first day of employment in an eligible role.*
- Prescription coverage: weight loss medications, fertility benefits up to $10,000 for employees and $10,000 for an enrolled spouse, discounts at Bronson pharmacies or gift shops and more!
- The Lifestyle Spending Account reimburses employees** at least $250, up to $1,500, for enrolled families each year on services that support your financial, physical, and emotional health. Eligible reimbursement includes: gym membership, massage therapy, home purchasing expenses, camping/hunting/fishing licenses or passes, pet care, adoption assistance, and so much more!

- Employees* who enroll in a Health Savings Account (HSA) may be eligible for an employer contribution (no-cost to employees, no vesting, the funds are yours to keep!)
