ACL Injury

ACL Injury

One of the most common knee injuries is an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury or sprain. This ligament is one of the four major ligaments in your knee that connects your femur and tibia. An injury results when this ligament is over-stretched or tears and occurs more often with athletes playing high impact sports, such as football and soccer.
