My Approach to Care

I listen to my patients’ concerns and learn about their life experiences because this gives me clues into what’s going on with their health. Through our conversations, we figure out the likely and unlikely things that could be causing issues. I make sure they understand we are working toward the same thing – lifelong health.

Since the 1980’s, Julia has been providing care for individuals with the motto, “Care no matter what”. As her role in health care has changed, promoting lifelong health is at the core of what she does.  

One of the most important aspects of her job is providing reproductive education and services, however, she has a special interest in educating patients on nutrition, weight loss, exercise physiology and body movement to help individuals be healthy.  

The diversity each day brings makes Julia excited to come to work. Julia loves being able to help people and work alongside colleagues who are passionate about what they do, too.

In her spare time, Julia likes to fix appliances, make furniture, read and ride her bike – usually over 50 miles per week.  She is also an avid euchre player.
