My Approach to Care

Promptness in diagnosis and treatment of complex multi traumas is very important to me along with delivery of competent and compassionate care. I have a fastidious attention to detail with maintenance of safe standards of care and am very fortunate to have such a great team of surgeons here at Bronson. We have well-trained trauma and emergency support staff that greatly help us overcome the difficulties and challenges we face in trauma.

Dr. Romeo was inspired by his father, a head and neck surgeon, to choose a career in surgery. He greatly respected his father's caring and compassionate approach to patient care along with his passion and superior technical skill. Dr. Romeo discovered his passion for trauma in medical school. He finds great reward in assisting a trauma victim through their entire sequence of care. Dr. Romeo loves to spend time with his children. He also enjoys remote control flight of RC models, car and motorcycle restoration, mechanical work and gardening.
