My Approach to Care

I am committed to providing the best patient care for our cardiac and electrophysiology patients. I treat each patient as an individual, each with unique needs and circumstances. When a patient leaves my office, I want them to have the confidence that they will be taken care of  and feel like their needs and concerns have been fully addressed.

Tracie White found her passion for cardiology when she was in nursing school. She knew she always wanted to work with cardiac patients, especially with regards to rhythm disorders. What began as a fascination with electrocardiogram machines grew into a career.

Tracie has had a number of mentors in her life who have helped shape the person she is today. Though crediting just one person or event would be a disservice, she is thankful to her husband of 25 years, Todd, who is an internal medicine physician with Bronson. He has been one of her biggest driving forces.

Enjoying what she does and trying to make people feel better are reasons why Tracie loves coming to work each day. She likes the problem-solving aspect of her job, particularly when it comes to rhythm disorders and working with pacemakers and defibrillators. Though sometimes medical issues cannot be immediately eliminated, Tracie likes being able to help people feel better by listening to them and acknowledging their concerns.

In her free time, Tracie and her husband volunteer with their son’s Boy Scout troop. She also volunteers doing sports physicals for local high schools. When she’s not biking or walking her dogs, Tracie likes to spend time as much time as possible with her family.
