Bronson FastCare® Reopens August 30 on West Main and Gull Road
Earlier this year, Bronson Healthcare made the decision to temporarily close its walk-in FastCare® locations to help prevent potential COVID-19 exposure to patients and staff. During this time, Bronson has been serving many patients with immediate care needs through contactless, virtual healthcare options such as BronsonConnect Video Visits and Bronson Care Advisors. These options allow patients to access the care they need without having to leave home. In instances where a virtual visit identifies a need for a face-to-face visit with a provider, the patient is directed to a Bronson location nearby.
With community cases of COVID-19 currently at a low level, Bronson will be safely reopening the 6220 West Main and 5623 Gull Road FastCare® locations on Sunday, August 30. The 5121 S. Westnedge Ave. location in Kalamazoo will not reopen due to visitor restrictions at Meijer that do not allow sick individuals to enter the store.
The new hours for the West Main and Gull Road FastCare® locations will be 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 7 days a week, except for holidays. All visits will be $75, including basic labs, with or without insurance. Special cleaning and safety precautions have been put in place along with required protocols for social distancing and face masks.

Bronson continues to encourage using a virtual care option like a BronsonConnect Video Visit or a free call to Bronson Care Advisors (269-341-7788) before choosing to visit a FastCare® location. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, you should call a care advisor who will be able to determine if you need a face-to-face appointment with a provider and/or testing. These virtual options offer the best opportunity to find the right care without leaving your home and are available to both current patients and the public. Bronson patients can also contact their primary care provider by phone or through Bronson MyChart for advice on the right care option for their symptoms.
