Family Care and Outpatient Pharmacy Are Moving to Paw Paw

Bronson LakeView Family Care in Mattawan and Bronson Outpatient Pharmacy in Mattawan are moving to the Bronson LakeView Outpatient Center (BLOC) in Paw Paw. This move will give patients and staff access to a broader range of services, including diagnostics, rehabilitation, occupational therapy, pediatric primary care and other specialties.

Bronson LakeView Family Care in Mattawan will continue to see patients until Friday, July 12, end of day, and will reopen on Monday, July 15 at 8 a.m. in Paw Paw. The phone and fax number will remain the same, but the practice will change its name and address to:

All providers will remain with the practice and will simply transition to seeing their patients in Paw Paw. Those providers include: Tamayi Bwititi, MD; Lesley DeLille, NP; Laura Ford, PhD, CNP, RN; and Cathi VanDyk, NP. All providers are accepting new patients. The move is intended to be seamless, with as minimal interruption to patient care as possible.

Bronson Outpatient Pharmacy continues to serve patients in Mattawan but will also move to the BLOC in the future. The exact date has yet to be determined.
