More Moms are Choosing CenteringPregnancy®
Many of today’s moms are choosing CenteringPregnancy to help them prepare for labor, delivery and to care for their infant. It’s a model of group prenatal care that combines expert healthcare with education and group support. It’s proven to reduce the risk of preterm birth and improve the health of both mom and baby.
The CenteringPregnancy program at Bronson is accredited by the Centering Healthcare Institute (CHI) for its commitment to providing equitable and evidence-based prenatal care that honors the experience of the pregnant person and their family. The 10-session program starts during weeks 12-14 of pregnancy and includes a private check-up and a group learning and sharing session.
The Centering Pregnancy program is supported by Bronson Health Foundation and is the recipient of start-up support through a grant from the Michigan Health Endowment Fund.
