Stop the Spread of Germs
It’s flu season and that means an increased risk of spreading germs everywhere you go. There are several ways to help prevent the spread of germs.
To protect yourself and others, we ask that you do the following:
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Or, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve and not your hands. Put your used tissue in the trash.
- Wash your hands frequently. Use soap and warm water for 20 seconds. Or, clean with alcohol-based gel or foam.
- If you are visiting one of our hospitals, we ask that you wear a surgical mask if you have a fever or cough. Ask a staff member for a mask.
