Treatment Options for Your Breast Health Condition

• Breast surgery – Surgery that is performed to treat breast cancer and remove benign or malignant tumors, lumps or cysts.
• Radiation therapy – Radiation therapy that is precisely targeted to destroy cancer cells in the breast.
• Image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) – Using two and three-dimensional imaging to gain a clearer view of the breast tissue, this type of therapy uses direct radiation to treat breast cancer.
• Intensity modulation radiation therapy (3D-CRT) – This radiation forms to the shape of the tumor, making it more targeted to treating the cancerous tissue while also minimizing the dose to the surrounding healthy tissue.
• Thermography - Due to FDA concerns, Bronson does not use thermography as a standalone test for breast imaging.
