Outpatient Rehabilitation
With seven locations in Calhoun, Kalamazoo and Van Buren counties, it is easy for you to access our specialized and accredited outpatient rehabilitation care. Adult and pediatric services available.
In-Home (Bronson at Home)
Depending on your rehab needs, we may be able to bring our services to you in the comfort of your own home.
Skilled Nursing Facility (Bronson Commons)
We specialize in post-acute care and rehabilitation to help you bridge the transition between inpatient care and home. Services are offered in a unique care setting.
Cardiac Rehabilitation
After a heart event, you’ll want to safely return to a normal life and activities as soon as possible. Each step of cardiac rehabilitation is designed to help you achieve exactly that.
Personal Rehab Plan
Knowing what to expect can help you prepare for recovery. Bronson’s team works with your doctor to develop a plan tailored to you. This plan will help you get the highest possible level of function. Our therapists are specially trained to explain the changes that have occurred as a result of your specific illness, injury or surgery. They will also tell you what can be done to maximize the benefits of therapy.
