Pharmacy Residency - Qualifications & Application Information
Qualifications
Candidates must be a graduate of or graduating from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy, or otherwise be eligible for licensure. Applicants who have or will graduate from a foreign school of pharmacy must be qualified to register for the Match, as outlined in the Match Rules. Matched applicants are expected to obtain licensure as a pharmacist in Michigan within the first 60 days of the residency. All application materials must be submitted via PhORCAS. The application deadline is January 2nd to be considered for an onsite interview.

- Letter of intent
- College of pharmacy school transcripts
- Three letters of recommendation
- Participate in the ASHP Residency Matching Program
All application materials must be submitted via PhORCAS. The application deadline is January 2nd to be considered for an interview. Interviews are required for consideration for acceptance to the program. The residency program director will contact candidates to schedule interviews.
